Hi my Darling, House sale confirmed. You never believed like I did that it is a good plot, but I have secured a great deal. It is Erica from No. 27 who wants it (remember Lewis - he's 12 now and needs more private space for homework etc.) and he fell in love with the breakfast bar.! House now confirmed as sold subject to contract, and I now have to start the clear out!! Having a difficult time with Laura. She seems to think that I am leaving my memories behind (and hers), but I keep trying to convince her that I am doing what you told me to do.!! Please help her to understand if you can. Memories are in the heart, not in bricks and mortar. Yes I know I will never forget the happy times we had here, or in any other house we have shared, but as you have instructed me it really is time to move on. I will never forget our times in this house, they are very precious, but memories never leave you and I have to be brave!! This deal wouldn't have happened without your support and love, and it is absolutely perfect. Must have been meant to be!! Joe, Jane, Poppy and I went to talk to you yesterday at your tree.
