Hello my love. I know I haven't been in touch since the end of the show, but you are always in my thoughts. You have been playing tricks on me with pictures falling off the wall, and exploding light bulbs!! Anyway, Deja vu time again! On Tuesday I took the bold decision to sign all the papers at the Solicitors for my purchase of the new house in Guiseley, and the sale of this place, even though at that point Paddock Drive had only been on the market for 5 days. The following day I had a knock at the door from a neighbour who wants to buy it. They don't need to sell their own house and have offered me a great price with no pressure cos they are quite prepared to wait for my new house to be completed and are in no rush as long as they can secure the house. All I need from them is confirmation that they can definitely fund the purchase and then it's a done deal. What a great result. Thankyou for looking down on me!
